Let’s talk teeth! As a young mom who is constantly on the go, I live on coffee. Let’s face it, I drink probably two to four cups a day to try and keep up with my active girls. I love my coffee, but my teeth could say otherwise. It leaves my teeth filmy and has created a yellow stain on them. To begin, I simply placed the whitening gel into the trays in a smooth line, not overdoing do it so that the gel wouldn’t come out after I inserted the trays in my mouth. And I have to say, what I loved about the trays is that unlike the whitening strips that easily fall off of your teeth the second after you place them on, my custom fitted trays fit easily in my mouth while holding the whitening gel in place.
During that 45 minutes of whitening each afternoon (which worked perfect for my schedule as that’s when my oldest daughter is at preschool and my youngest is taking her nap), I was able to achieve my normal ‘mommy’ tasks like folding laundry, planning dinner, cleaning up the play room, all while still enjoying ‘me’ time like catching up on This Is Us from the night before or finally being able to sit down and read a good mag!
I started noticing my teeth getting whiter after the second time I whitened them, which motivated me to keep doing it and staying on top of it!
